Two taken to hospital following Longford collision

The N4 by-pass at Longford town is expected to be fully opened in the next half an hour following a road traffic collision there earlier.

Two cars were involved in the collision, and two people have been taken to hospital with non life- threatening injuries.

Gardai say there are slight traffic delays in the area presently but the route  should be fully cleared around half past four.
