Up to 300 people attended Roscommon's first ever Pride Parade this afternoon.
The weekend of celebrations started last night with Drag Bingo at the Red Parrot in Roscommon town and there was a panel discussion at the nearby Quad centre this morning.
The main event, involving a parade in the town, started at 2pm today.
Grand marshal Will Keane was very pleased with the turnout.
He explains how the parade unfolded.
The Roscommon/South Leitrim constituency was the only one in the country to vote No to same-sex marriage back in 2015.
Keane says the county's mindset has since changed.
