A major local employer has received planning permission for the construction of 95 car-parking spaces at their Longford facility. US company Technimark had lodged their application for works at the factory on the Ballinalee Road. The development will also include the provision of a vehicular access point onto the local access road that connects to N63.
The company this week also saw planning permission for an additional 20,000 sq ft manufacturing space and additional warehouse space. Technimark produces high-value injection-molded packaging and components. The permission was granted this week with 9 conditions attached.
