Donald Trump says the US will meet with Russian officials after Ukraine agreed to a US proposal for a 30-day ceasefire.
It follows talks in Saudi Arabia yesterday between officials from Washington and Kyiv.
The US President says he'll also invite Volodymyr Zelenskyy back to the White House - after their blazing row in the Oval Office last month.
Ukrainian MP, Lesia Vasylenko says there's element of scepticism about the plan:
