Visiting restrictions are still in place following an outbreak of Covid-19 at Roscommon University Hospital.
The hospital is appealing to the public not to visit if they are feeling unwell or have respiratory symptoms.
The virus was detected in St Coman's Ward and St Teresa's Ward, where visits will be facilitated on compassionate grounds and on an exceptional basis only.
Meanwhile health services in the North West are urging people in Leitrim to avoid socialising if feeling ill and to avail of vaccines.
The HSE is advising the public across the region to use facilities such as local pharmacies and out of hours GP services if experiencing Covid symptoms.
