Voters in parts of the Roscommon-Galway constituency have been notified of a number of inaccessible polling stations. Those at Clooncagh National School, Kingsland National School and Lecarrow Community National School cannot be used by wheelchair users. Returning officer Olivia Bushell says affected voters will be accommodated at accessible polling stations nearby.
Those wishing to cast their votes in those areas are asked to make contact in order to make alternative arrangements. Speaking to Shannonside News, Olivia urged wheelchair users in those areas to get in touch before Monday, November 25th:
