Water users advised of special operations taking place across the region this week

Water users at several harbours and lakes in the Shannonside region are being advised to be aware of special operations taking place next week.

Waterways Ireland wishes to advise masters of vessels that diving operations will be conducted on the floating breakwaters in Spencer Harbour, Cleighran More, Derryvunny, Rockingham, Lough Key and Kilglass from Tuesday 16th August to Tuesday 23rd August.

Masters of vessels are requested to proceed with additional caution in the diving operations.
