The waterlogging on the Gallawstown road in Roscommon has been brought to the County Councils attention

Engineers at Roscommon County Council have surveyed the cause of flooding and waterlogging on the Gallowstown road in Roscommon.

The issue was raised by Councillor Marty McDermott at a meeting of the local Municipal District this week.

He also raised ongoing concerns of residents in relation to the sewer network in the area. Councillor McDermott says there is a case there for extension of the pipe.
