A series of free outdoor concerts set to take place in Longford this weekend have been cancelled due to weather concerns.
The concerts, part of Longford Live and Local, were due to take place over the weekend in Longford Town, Lanesboro and Granard.
The Longford Live and Local programme is a council Initiative that has seen the return of local live music acts in the county across dozens of live events.

Most of the country is currently under a status yellow rain and thunderstorm warning, with further rain forecast over the weekend.
Festival organiser Shane Crossan says while it's disappointing to see the events cancelled, there are still a lot more great events to come:
