With many families now on reduced income due to Covid 19, much longer than they anticipated, MaryClaire Grealy has been finding out from the Citizens Information Services about supports that may be available to them which would not have been previously. She asked Dolores Tiernan from the North Connaught Services in Carrick on Shannon about two supports in particular, the Working Family Payment (formally Family Income Supplement) and the National Chlidcare Scheme.
