A Galway farming contractor who lost his leg in accident close to 20 years ago has completed his third major charity cycle.
Anthony Flanagan along with a number of Friends cycled from Clonfert in Galway to Croagh Patrick, where the group scaled the mountain before cycling back, all within 24 hours.
The 9 Legged Cyclists are raising money for East Galway & Midlands Cancer Support, Hand in Hand children's charity and the Parents Association of Clonfert National School.
Anthony spoke to Daniel Considine about his mindset and the drive behind the fundraising.
The 9 Legged Cyclists can be supported on their I-Donate page here.
