A group of young local students have been given the chance to explore Norse and Viking legends in Denmark this week.
Students from the Ballymahon Vocational School are taking part in multi national Erasmus plus project in the Nordic country this week.
The project involves students and teachers from Ireland, Demark, Spain and Belguim working on literature from Danish, Norse and Viking legends.
It's envisioned that the groups will further travel to the host countries in the coming months to learn about unique myth and legends still held by different European cultures.
Principal of the Ballymahon Vocational School, Mick O'Rourke, and student Thomas Proctor spoke to Anne Norris on the Let's Talk show.
