Residents of a Longford housing estate have been forced to drawing their own handwritten signs to try and encourage drivers to slow down.
Half a dozen signs greet drivers as they enter the Farneyhoogan estate in Longford town warning them of children at play as well as telling them to slow down.
There are ramps on the way into the estate, but no signs or road markings within the estate, and there are several sections of the area without any ramps.
The issue was raised at the Longford M.D on Wednesday of this week by Councillor Gerry Warnock who spoke to MaryClaire Greally on Thursday's Let's Talk:
