Darren O' Brien talks about 'SMART Recovery' from addiction

An information evening is being held in Vita House , Roscommon , on tomorrow evening ,Friday the 10th at 7pm.

SMART Recovery is a peer-led, mutual aid organisation that supports those who want to change addictive behaviour.

The open evening will be followed by weekly support group meetings to be held in Vita House.

Chairperson Darren O' Brien has been explaining what the programme is all about on today's Let's Talk show.
