If you've lived in one spot for 20 , 25, or 30 years, you'll tend to call it home, and many people in their later years like to be able to settle down and spend their final years in a place they are familiar and comfortable with.
Not everyone has that choice though, and this week four women were faced with making very significant changes in their life with the closing of the Convent of Mercy in the North Roscommon town of Boyle, after a presence of 142 years.
One of the four, Sr Mary Theresa Killilea spoke to Anne Norris just hours before they were due to leave on last Friday morning.
