Leitrim Pride is set to kick off celebrations in the county later this week.
The group, formed in 2020, will hold a range of LGBTQ+ events across the county, all open to the general public.
The festival will open on Friday with a coffee afternoon at the Market Yard in Carrack on Shannon followed by the raising of the Pride Flag at Arás an Chontae.
A number of other events including the annual pride march, special tree planting ceremonies and community meet ups will be held over the week.
