LISTEN: Ballygar native Dr Tom Hannigan worked for almost 40 years with Forensic Science Ireland

Ballygar native Dr Tom Hannigan retired recently after almost 40 years working with Forensic Science Ireland.

Having joined in 1982, Tom went on to work in the Drugs and Chemistry disciplines and worked extensively with 'trace evidence', especially firearm residue.

He spoke to Anne Norris on the Let's Talk show about his time with the Forensic Science service.
