Alice Wright, who lives in Roscommon, has specialised in care of the elderly for the last 30 years.
Before that she had worked in acute hospital care in Belfast for 20 years.
Alice says she feels nursing managers are overburdened with unnecessary paper work resulting in less time to do the job of caring for people.

Alice spoke to Anne Norris on the Let's Talk show today.
