The parishes of Knockcroghery and Rahara in Roscommon are fundraising for the missionary work of Fr. Pat Brennan in Brazil.
Fr. Pat who is a native of Lecarrow joined the priesthood in 1970 and soon after his ordination went to work in the missions.
He has been helping the people of the Amazon region for the last 44 years.
