Hollywood star Chris O’Dowd has been remembering the early days of his acting career in Boyle, Co Roscommon.
It started as a 13-year-old in the town before taking him to stardom.
He was back in his hometown last night to officially open Boyle Arts Festival.

There, he spoke to our reporter Eoghan Murphy, who first asked him what it was like to be back in Boyle.
