Coffee House 45 on Dublin Street in Longford is the latest hospitality business forced to close their doors due to increasing costs in the sector.
Run by Eimear Reynolds, the popular spot was opened in its current form in 2019 after several years in operation under different owners.
High electricity bills, rent and increasing costs were part of the reason why Eimear was forced to close the cafe for the final time last week.
