Minister Patrick O' Donovan visited Lough Funshinagh in south Roscommon this week to insepct the construction of an overflow pipe to take flooded waters from the lake to the river Shannon.
Daniel Considine was there and spoke to the Minister as well as local residents, Mary Beattie and Laurence Fallon.
The Minister has some interesting comments about some local political representatives.
