The parents of a Longford woman who died days after an accident involving her horse are demanding answers from HSE.
Bryonny Sainsbury was injured in an incident on the 26th of August in 2021 and subsequently passed away days later in Beaumont Hospital.
See was initially taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar and spent two days there before her transfer to Beaumont Hospital.
At the inquest into her death, the coroner declared her death as a result of medical misadventure.
Serious failings were identified at the Midlands Hospital and a review into Bryonny's treatment was promised.
The family say they have been delayed at every turn from the results being released and are once again calling on the Health Service to fulfill their duty in providing the report.
Speaking to Daniel Considine on Let's Talk, Allison and Chris, Bryonny's parents paid tribute to their wonderful daughter.
