A Roscommon doctor says many younger people will find it hard to return to the Irish healthcare system after working abroad.
Dr Joanne Cregg moved to Australia earlier this year in search of a better work life balance and says it's everything she hoped it would be.
The young doctor says having enough staff in the system means that people can leave work on time, not have to work overtime constantly, and not have to feel guilty if they need to take sick leave.
The former Roscommon gaelic footballer says there's a large Irish contingent working in Perth and while many people want to go back home eventually, it can be hard to return to a system which leads to such a poor working life.
