A Longford man who has been inside Ukraine this week says many people there appear to be still in a state of shock after the invasion of their country.
Norman Hall from north Longford left Ireland on Monday afternoon with a truck load of medical supplies.
Some of the supplies were collected in Ballygar by Gearoid Kelly who's making the trip with Norman, others were collected in Longford, and some was donated by Mullingar hospital.

Norman and Gearoid travelled around 100 kilometres into Ukraine to a hospital in the western city of Lviv yesterday in order to bring the supplies to where they are needed in as fast a time as possible.
Speaking on Let's Talk this afternoon, Norman told Anne Norris about how the trip came about.
