A lack of action from Irish Rail saw issues in Bray spiral out of control according to a local woman caught in the delays over the weekend.
Passengers have been voicing their anger over packed trains and lack of ventilation , as crowds flocked to the Bray Air Show on Sunday.
Hundreds were forced to leave the trains and walk along the tracks to access nearby stations or public routes.
Irish Rail's apologised to anyone who was delayed, disrupted or distressed traveling to the show, with CEO Jim Meade writing an open letter and committing to reviewing the incident.
