A well known Roscommon artist is to launch the west's newest art gallery early next month.
Rita Oates is to officially open Anam Gallery on the Square in Roscommon on July 8th.
The space will feature a range of works from internationally acclaimed artists such as Una Burke and Joe Caslin.

The exhibits will also include works of Una's worn by Rihanna, Cindy Crawford and Oscar winners Michelle Yeoh and Jennifer Lawrence.
