A long serving and popular Longford businesses severely damaged by Storm Eowyn, has re-opened their doors today.
Laura Shaw's Gardening Centre outside Longford Town saw high winds cause significant damage to infrastructure on site.
The Garden Centre's Polly tunnels, glass house and retail display tunnel were badly damaged and destroyed in some cases during the red weather alert.
Owner Laura Shaw says that due to the fact that the structures are temporary, it's not possible for them to be insured.
The tea rooms at the garden centre re-opened this morning with Laura hopeful that they can now begin to recover.
