The mother of a young Roscommon girl who has benefited hugely from intensive therapy sessions in the US says she's still hopeful it may become available closer to home.
The Cryan family from Roscommon arrived back home this week after spending three weeks in Boston at the NAPA centre which specialises in innovative physical therapy for children with various challenges.
Siobhan Cryan says a three week session in Boston in 2019 had such life changing benefits for their 7 year old daughter Zoe, who has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy ,that they were determined to go back for more of the treatment.
There is no other such treatment available in Europe and funds were raised to help the family return to Boston this year.
Siobhan Cryan spoke to Anne Norris on todays Let's Talk show about how Zoe has been helped by this therapy so far.
