A local elections candidate has spoken about his reasons for running in the Boyle Local Electoral Area. Fianna Fáil candidate Sean Moylan says he can be a voice for local people in north Roscommon and is looking forward to the contest.
He has recently raised safety concerns around ongoing works on the N5 bypass project in Co Roscommon. Speaking to Dan Dooner, he also highlighted his family's close links to the Fianna Fáil party and why he felt the time was right to run:
