The wife of an Elphin resident who is in a prison in Iraq says she is considering chaining herself to public buildings to highlight his case.
Robert Pether who is originally from Australia is serving a 5 year jail terms and 12 billion dollar fine following a dispute between his employer and the Central Bank of Iraq.
His wife Desree and his children have been appealing to the Irish and Australian government for help to get him home.

She has been explaining how the appeal against his sentence was turned down.
Speaking to MaryClaire Grealy she says she is prepared to take drastic action.
