German exchange student Emilia Hochmueller finds a welcoming home in a milking farm in Cavan.
Emilia Hochmueller went to Ireland to learn English and other cultures and found a warm, welcoming family and community in Mullahoran, Cavan. She found comfort in meeting fellow exchange students, fending the farm, and visiting new places. For her, the rain, limited transport, and settling in a new school are an acquired taste but she hopes to come back in the summer and many times more.
