Ukrainian pastry chef Alina Chomachengko is now managing a coffee shop in Longford only eight months after fleeing the war. Armed with well-improved English and a fighting spirit, she shares how integrating with the Longford community and working in two jobs as soon as she arrived kept her going despite the troubles in her home country.
