The IDA is hopeful of more positive jobs announcements for the region after it was confirmed earlier this month that 60 new jobs will be created when Antylia Scientific constructs a new bioprocessing facility the National Science Park in Mullingar.
The facility earmarked for the development was formerly the Imperial tobacco factory which closed in 2016 with the jobs being created at the Masterflex Bioprocessing facility to include process and medical device engineering roles as well as positions in manufacturing as well as logistics and supply chain.
