70 percent of consumers in Ireland say they've seen a 'vast improvement' in services offered by businesses online since the start of the pandemic.
But a new survey also shows 60 percent are 'extremely concerned' about the data companies hold on them.
They're worried it'll be sold to other businesses, the government, or even be hacked, with the issue most acute in those 55 and older.
