A Roscommon-based artist says working full-time in the sector can be a major challenge. Curraghboy woman Avril Egan, who's also in full-time employment, says facilities and funding can be an issue. She was speaking to Dan Dooner following a recent survey, carried out by Sinn Féin, which found that almost three quarters of artists considered emigrating.
