There is a major economic boost to Longford town today, with 50 jobs being created at the old Cameron plant.
The Cameron manufacturing facility closed earlier this year, with the loss of 170 jobs.
However, a start-up company called Off-Site Construction has leased 25,000 square feet of the premises and it's set to open in the new year.

Eoghan Murphy spoke to the managing director of the company, Jim McGovern, from Castlebellingham in Co Louth earlier.
He first asked him to outline the plans for the old Cameron site.
