PODCAST: Focus on Carrick coffee roastery

One of the many businesses based in Leitrim’s technology enterprise centre, called the Hive in Carrick-on-Shannon, is a successful coffee roastery.

Art of Coffee was established by Hungarian couple Georgia Visnyei and Gabor Stefcsik about nine years ago.

Now it employs eight people.

As well roasting coffee in the Hive, they also run a coffee shop called Café Lounge in Carrick.

For Tuesday's Bottom Line, Eoghan Murphy visited the roastery and spoke to Georgia – he first asked her the background to the business.
