An historic mansion in Boyle, Co Roscommon, is in process of being sold for €350,000 and is set to become a high-specification guest house.
Frybrook House, a protected structure built in 1753, is a detached three-storey property, set on three acres.
It was formerly owned by well-known local businessman Dessie McLoughlin and his wife, Margaret, and Roscommon auctioneer Seamus Carthy put it on the market in 2017, on behalf of a receiver.
It has now gone sale agreed, with contracts signed last week, with a gate lodge included in the sale.
On Tuesday's Bottom Line, Carthy told Eoghan Murphy he was delighted with the sale.
