An historic mansion in Boyle, Co Roscommon, is in process of being sold for €350,000 and is set to become a high-specification guest house.

Frybrook House, a protected structure built in 1753, is a detached three-storey property, set on three acres.

It was formerly owned by well-known local businessman Dessie McLoughlin and his wife, Margaret, and Roscommon auctioneer Seamus Carthy put it on the market in 2017, on behalf of a receiver.
