At the Irish Restaurant Awards recently, the boss of a Leitrim establishment was crowned the ‘best manager in Connacht’.
Rosli Hanifa runs the Cottage Restaurant at Jamestown, while he also works in a gastro pub and café in Carrick-on-Shannon.
The Malaysia native arrived in Ireland only in 2006, but since then he and his brother, Sham, have become renowned for their food businesses in south Leitrim.
