The Roscommon county final of the Student Enterprise Programme took place recently.
The winners were two students from Elphin Community College – Jake Kennedy and Jack Murphy.
They formed their own mini-business called ‘Curlew Mountain Forge’ and together handcrafted a range of quality bespoke items for the home hardware and gifts sectors from recyclable materials.

They make a range of jewellery products in copper, such as bracelets, earrings and necklaces.
Eoghan Murphy spoke to both the young men on Tuesday's Bottom Line, and Jake first explained some more detail on the business.
