Leitrim teacher Brendan Greene says the new Junior Cycle is going to become the "Irish Water of education" for Ireland. Speaking on this morning's Joe Finnegan Show, the teacher at St Clare's Comprehensive in Manorhamilton said a recent training course he attended for it left him even more unclear on how to proceed. He says Ruairi Quinn's intervention as Minister a few years ago has left teachers and students in community and comprehensive schools (with both TUI and ASTI union members) facing a difficult path forward.
