Taoiseach Simon Harris yesterday issued an official apology to the families of those killed in the Stardust tragedy.
An inquest last week found all 48 victims of the fire in the Dublin nightclub were unlawfully killed.
Antoinette Keegan survived the fire herself but her two sisters lost their lives.
