Following a piece with Noel Gibbons, Road Safety Officer with Mayo County Council where The Joe Finnegan Show highlighted the need for people to be more aware of the length of time it takes for alcohol to be processed in the body, Shannonside Northern Sound received a slew of calls, comments and messages with concerns about driving "the day after".
In response to those concerns, RSA Chief Executive Moyagh Murdock spoke to the Joe Finnegan Show this morning about the importance of the recent update to drink driving legislation, how people need to be cautious and what the RSA can do to help:
