Yes, we watched as they sweated, cried, laughed and exercised their way to better health – and many of us joined them by taking part in their weight loss plans.
The most recent series of Operation Transformation ended in February and you may remember two of the contestants were from our region David Cryan is originally from Tulsk in County Roscommon, and Sarh O Callaghan is from Ballinagh in County Cavan.
We’ve spoke to them plenty of times on the show – but we’ve asked them back to see how they are getting on.
