Sinn Féin in Monaghan and Fermanagh on Tuesdat held an online event in memory of Seamus McElwain, who was shot dead 35 years ago.
The event has been condemned by some, including the DUP, who described Seamus McElwain as "an evil sectarian killer" as he's linked with 10 murders and attacks during The Troubles.
Cavan-Monaghan TD Matt Carthy spoke at last night's event and he has today defended it on the JF Show.
