Fergal Hingerty is working towards being the first person to climb all the hills and mountains in Ireland with 100 metres He has just 10 hills left.
He only took up climbing 10 years ago after undergoing major emergency surgery on his back.
Fergal told his story to the Joe Finnegan Show.
