A Roscommon farmers is at a loss to explain how he has been blessed with a miracle cow which has produced a fifth set of twin calves in just six years.
Jimmy Flynn from Taughmaconnell is currently trying to mind three different sets of calves on his farm which have been born in the last six months.
One Red Limousin cow who Jimmy has owned for over a decade has produced four sets of twin calves in the last five years and is now nursing two more calves, while Jimmy also had another double arrival last week from another cow with no history of giving birth to twins.

Jimmy told the Joe Finnegan show that he has been very lucky with his animals.
