Reports in Wednesday's Irish Independent said that Longford native James Reynolds had been expelled from his position as National Treasurer of farming organisation the ICSA due to his involvement with the new right wing group the National Party. Mr Reynolds spoke to Joe Finnegan that morning saying he was entitled to his political views and was not going anywhere. He also re-affirmed his support for President Donald Trump's travel ban policy.
