Oliver Eviston was born in Cavan and grew up his whole life in Italy. He decided to do the Irish Leaving Cert because of a penalty in converting the Italian Leaving Cert into CAO points.
Had he stayed in Italy, Oliver would have been unable to get the course of his choice in Ireland.
